Service Description

LaunchLabs provides automated QA testing for web applications. We assessment URLs you provide and generate reports on security, accessibility, performance, and functionality issues.

Acceptable Use

You may only assessment:

• Applications you own or operate
• Applications you have explicit permission to test
• Applications in development/staging environments you control

Do not use LaunchLabs to:

• Assessment applications without authorization
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities we discover
• Conduct denial-of-service testing
• Assessment illegal or malicious websites

Credentials

When you provide test credentials:

• Use dedicated test accounts, not production credentials
• You are responsible for the security of accounts you provide
• We are not liable for any actions taken using provided credentials

Payment

• Paid assessments are charged at the time of purchase
• All sales are final — assessments begin immediately
• Refunds considered only if assessment fails to complete due to our error

Disclaimer

LaunchLabs provides automated testing as-is. We do not guarantee:

• Detection of all security vulnerabilities
• Complete coverage of all application features
• Accuracy of all findings (false positives may occur)

Our assessments are a starting point, not a replacement for professional security audits or penetration testing.

Liability

LaunchLabs is not liable for:

• Damages resulting from acting on assessment results
• Missed vulnerabilities or security issues
• Service interruptions or downtime

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific assessment in question.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
