What We Collect

When you use LaunchLabs, we collect:

• URLs you submit — to run scans against your application
• Test credentials (if provided) — used only during the scan, held in memory, never stored or logged
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number
• Basic analytics — page views, scan counts (no personal identifiers)

How We Use It

• Run automated tests against your submitted URLs
• Process payments for paid scans
• Improve our testing methodology

Credential Security

Test credentials you provide are:

• Used only during the active scan session
• Held in memory, never written to disk or logs
• Destroyed immediately after the scan completes
• Never transmitted to third parties

Data Retention

• Scan results: Retained for 30 days, then deleted
• Credentials: Never stored
• Payment records: Retained per legal requirements

Third Parties

We use:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Railway — hosting infrastructure
• Cloudflare — CDN and security
